• Inquiry & Contact Submissions: Name, academic email address, subject matter, and message content sent through our contact forms.
• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized browser type, operating system, and IP address solely for security and DDoS mitigation.

2. Use of Collected Data

Collected information is utilized strictly to:

• Facilitate double-blind peer review for CISR journals (CJIT and CJSS).
• Register authors and delegates for the CISR International Conference and academic workshops.
• Deliver quarterly academic research dispatches to verified subscribers (with 1-click unsubscribe).
• Respond to scholarly inquiries, research partnership requests, and data access permissions.

Published scholarly papers, working papers, and datasets are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Author names, affiliations, and abstracts become part of the public scholarly permanent record upon publication.
